We have just posted a new podcast at iTunes which you can download for free.

It explores some of the latest releases and talks to the artists behind them. American composer Nico Muhly talks about composing music for the Anglican church, and you can also hear an excerpt from his dance score I Drink the Air Before Me, released by Decca. Conductor Paul Hillier talks about his recording of Buxtehude's Scandinavian Cantatas, with Theatre of Voices, released by the Dacapo label.

We also pay tribute to Dame Joan Sutherland, and introduce the interview with Canadian bass-baritone Gerald Finley which features in the current edition of Gramophone magazine.

To download the Podcast, visit the iTunes store and search for "Gramophone Magazine" – you can also subscribe to the podcast channel for free.

You can also stream the Podcast in the November 2010 Playlist of the Gramophone Player.
