New production by Robert Lepage shown throughout the spring and summer
New York’s Metropolitan Opera will screen Wagner’s complete Ring cycle in cinemas worldwide for the first time throughout the spring and summer. The entire four-part opera and the documentary will be shown worldwide in countries including Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Chile, Colombia, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Japan, Mexico, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, Spain, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom (where the works will be shown in June and July).
Tickets go on sale in the US on March 30 and in Canada on April 6. For more information see www.metopera.org/liveinhd.
