The Chinese pianist, midway through a tour devoted to Chopin and with a new DG disc out, discusses the composer's music
Yundi is in the middle of a world tour devoted to the music of Chopin – the Preludes and the Ballades. James Jolly talked to this former winner of the Chopin International Piano Competition about his love for Chopin's music and the pieces he’s recently released on a new DG/Mercury recording, the four Ballades.
