Composer Tom Hodge teamed with fashion designer Carolina Herrera at New York Fashion Week in February this year to create a collection with a difference. Hodge was commissioned by the designer to compose a work and the resulting Capriccio for Carolina, based upon Beethoven's Kreutzer Sonata, formed the inspiration for her entire autumn collection.

The designer also visited Abbey Road Studios to witness the recording by the London Contemporary Orchestra. She describes her collection as a ‘crescendo’ following the music, inspired by the ‘drama’ and ‘romance’ of Hodge's work. Capriccio for Carolina is now available to download from iTunes.
