In their third year as artistic directors for the International Chamber Music Festival in Stavanger, Norway, the multifaceted Swedish clarinettist Martin Fröst and the brilliant Norwegian pianist Christian Ihle Hadland (pictured, photo: Kim Laland/Bitmap), have chosen 'Bread and Circus' as the theme for this year´s festival. As before, they have chosen top international artists and combined them in different chamber formations for intimate concerts and world premieres.
