HD-streaming on the Gramophone Player ? When ?

We're continually reviewing the balance between bitrate and download speeds/bandwidth and provided it didn't unduly either hit our bandwidth or prevent people in lower bandwidth areas from accessing the content, this is a step we could at some point take. However, we have had a number of letters from people who are not as fortunate as others when it comes to bandwidth - so for now, we'll stick where we are. I must say, in our defence, that I still think 256kbps sounds pretty good to me, and is still ahead of many online streaming services.
