Reporting posts - 3 issues

Three issues:
1.) The "reason" dropdown menu contains the same five reasons four times over - ie, it appears as:
foul language
adult themes
racist or sexist language
contains private information
other
foul language
adult themes
racist or sexist language
contains private information
other
foul language
adult themes
racist or sexist language
contains private information
other
foul language
adult themes
racist or sexist language
contains private information
other
(Look in the html source for a 'report' page - there are 20 entries specified for the dropdown menu, bit they're the same five repeated fives times.)
2.) How about some other "reasons", eg, "Spam" or "Advertising", which is the main thing I seem to report.
3.) After you've reported a problem post, you get taken to the start of the thread, which is really irritating if the post you've reported was at the end or in the middle of it. It should be a simple matter to return the reporter to where they were in the thread.

"... but they're the same five repeated four times" of course.
