Are Sidney Lipton records worth anything?

Will have to post my reply as a new topic as the forum refused my response due to 64 character problem.

There's bound to be a collector of these records out there somewhere but I suspect that they probably sold in large quantities so will be of little monetary value unless there are any rarities. Some years ago BBC Radio Merseyside used to have programme of 1930s/40s dance band records presented by a Clive Garner who was a leading expert on these records and appeared to have a massive collection including some not even in the BBC record library. I don't know if he's still around though but I suppose you could try the radio station for any contact details.
