RE: Gramophone Magazine ( Hard Bound ) 1923 to May 1940

Hi all.
Many of you might still remember the names of Percy and Gilbert Wilson who both wrote many articles for the Magazine many years ago. They both decided many years ago to have their copies hard bound for safe keeping. Percy then sold his 16 volumes, from the very first issue to April 1939, back to the Gramophone magazine shortly before he passed away in 1972. My Granddad Gilbert left me his 16 volumes to 1939 and 1939-1940 loose but in a hard folder.
These have been following me through many moves and I have decided to pass them on to a collector. Trouble is, finding one. I have approached a couple of auctioneers and get the same answer. They are not exactly book-literature , nor music magazines.
My question is, does anyone here know of a reputable auction room or collector that would be willing to take on this sale. I am tired of looking. I have been approached by a couple of collectors and thought they were fair. But another collector asked me not to let them go unless the price was right. He is too old and short of money to take it further and suggested posting this on the forums.
If you are interested or know a collector or auction house, Please let me know. Either here, or mail me. If you would like some photos, please let me know. I need these to go to a good home !
