Grand Prix du Disque before 1948?

While storing some new purchased 78 rpm records a small paper label 'grand prix du disque 1937' fell off of one of the (Telefunken-)sleeves. The only thing I can find on the internet is that these awards are given  by l'Academie Charles Cros since 1948.

Does anyone have a list of pre-1948 winners?
