It's a fortnightly thing Partsong, it's at yours next friday, I'm bringing the Polish vodka and a Lutoslawski ( seems to be flavour of the month) CD, the cello concerto on naxos played by Bauer. A well filled disc and an excellent introduction to the polish dudes work. Quick witted Dmitri will probably turn up 6 months late, when he has finally worked out the bleeding obvious again.

It seems your Party was a success (at least for some), Schiller. Hopefully, a new project is in store, if Mark responds. Thanks to the loose format and obvious fun, I may participate, although I do not drink.
Let's see what is going to be Mark's theme (Lutoslawski, perhaps, as the flavour of the month).
Cheers to all of you.

Well I'm on for getting Parla drunk just to see how it effects his posts, will they become increasingly obnoxious or will he become a peace loving hippy and end up in Partsongs garden hugging his apple tree. Got to be worth seeing. Let us all know when the party starts Partsong.

This coming Friday from 10.00 onwards - Polish theme then Schiller ok, as you suggested, so you can bring your Chopin and Symanowski as well as your post-war. Parla there will be a non-alcoholic punch and everyone has to dance a polka. I'll be making some Pierogis - nice little Polish pasties with potato filling I think.

T shirt and a baseball cap.
I'll bring the kielbasa. Chris and Parla can park in a corner and debate its etymology.

Schiller, what happened last night? We all met in The Sceptre and Severed Head and piled round to your place with Gregorian chant CD's. (That bloke was there arguing with three professors all night). Anyway, we could hear Mozart coming from your house but nobody answered the door. Thought this was a regular Friday night thing? Did you fall asleep?
