As to whether or not Gorecki is a 'lightweight t*rd', perhaps we should ask the originator of this thread, Hugh Jarsse. It would appear from his name that he knows a lot about the size and quality of such things!

Hugh, I was under the impression that you wanted to talk about Panufnik?

Hugh is no longer with us I am afraid,  however I do believe his last wishes were that he be buried under a pile of c**p, I trust this to mean the works of Gorecki. Anyway I do hope Hugh is getting on with the 'dudes' in the next world better than he did with the people in this. He's probably having tea with Brodsky as we speak. I however am finding Panufnik's later works to be of some interest. What a small world it is!

RE: Pole dancer.

Sorry to hear about Hugh. This may be of some comfort.

RE: Pole dancer.

Thank you Partsong, he would be touched. However I have just re-read his will and it clearly states buried under the complete works of Arvo Part. However maybe a 50 50 mix would be to Hugh's liking. He was one for recycling old rubbish.
