For some time I have been unable to log in to search the archive by issue (June 2011 in this case).
I keep getting this message:
Authenticating User Exception from UCT
Server was unable to process request. ---> Arithmetic operation resulted in an overflow.
Can you sort this out please?
To date nobody has even bothered to send me an acknowledgement. Very poor customer service.
