Hello all,

Notice this quote from a wired article about the failing of social media marketing: The one exception the study found is fans of jazz and classical music.

So, did you buy anything because someone online recommend it?Rolfhttp://classical-lp.blogspot.com/

RE: Social media and classical music...

Interesting article Otterhouse. It's a pity they didn't expand further on why jazz and classical lovers are less immune to viral influences. I can't say I've been tempted to buy on an online recommendation though.

Having said that with the advent of Spotify, etc. we no longer have to buy before we find we don't like a work. So if you can call this forum 'social media marketing' then I suppose I have been influenced.

I've bookmarked your blog btw.
