Hello all,

UK subscribers
We’d like to apologise for any delays to the delivery of your subscription copies over the last few weeks – Royal Mail have informed us that they are still experiencing problems throughout the network as they attempt to clear the significant backlog of mail from the combination of poor weather and high volumes of post prior to Christmas. Royal Mail have assured us they are doing their utmost to clear the backlog; you can find the most recent service update for your region on their website.

As a result of the continued delays, our customer service team are experiencing a far higher volume of calls and emails than usual – thank you for your patience, please be assured that we will respond to all queries as soon as possible.

Overseas subscribers
DHL have advised that copies to the US are taking an average day or two longer to be delivered due to the increased security procedures put in place by the Department of Homeland Security in November, and that poor weather in the US and flooding in Australia is impacting on deliveries, but other international deliveries are operating normally.

RE: Subscriber Service Update

That's fine - we can read the latest issue free of charge on this site, it says.

Presumably, I can do so at the same time as I listen to the twelve CDs that i was kindly sent as a prize in the last Gramophone covermount CD competition.

Glad you like them. And perhaps, if you're clever and lucky, you could win a Pure Digital radio too.
