Subscriptions telephone lines

Hi,

Just to let you all know that we are currently experiencing problems with our subscriptions telephone lines.

The best way to contact our subscriptions team in the short term is either to visit www.themagazineshop.com or email customercare@servicehelpline.co.uk with the subject line 'Call back Gramophone Subscription' and include your telephone number within the message. You will then receive a telephone call as swiftly as possible. 

Many apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. Normal service will be resumed soon and I will post a message on the forum to confirm when this is the case.
