will the eno take the opprtunity of Wagner 200 for a renewed Goodall Ring? As good as any German cycle and in need of a revival.

I did see Goodall do Die Walkure with the WNO (1984), it was very good. Pity this wasn't recorded also.

the 70s goodall was certainoy recorded - and is available on cds (2001)
I've gone off the idea of Wagner (and others) in English, since watching all those foreign dramas on BBC4.
I did see Goodall do Die Walkure with the WNO (1984), it was very good. Pity this wasn't recorded also.
