Why no clip of Caroline?

Is there a reason why Caroline Dooley's acceptance of the Label of the Year Award for Linn Records is not on the Player?
A well-deserved award, in my opinion. There's been some amazing releases this year and Caroline and her team do a great job up there in Glasgow. Seems an odd omission.
