Chandos 3113 "Marriage of Figaro" in English

I can't seem to find the Gramophone review of the subject recording.  I believe it was included in the Awards for 2004.  I have searched under various combinations of words without success.  If someone would point me to the appropriate issue I would be grateful.

Can't help you find it in the Gramophone but I do own it and it's very good in my opinion.  I enjoy listening to the words sung in a language I can understand also the singing is good.  At the current price give it go.

Yes, as you say, the Chandos "Opera in English" recording of Figaro was reviewed in the 2004 awards issue of Gramophone, which is not in the Archive.
