Lezhneva/Antonini/Decca

Hello,
I bought the new CD by Julia Lezhneva and Antonini. It seemed to me great! Specially, a Haendel motet absolutly marvellous.
Do you know it?

RE: Lezhneva/Antonini/Decca
I am listening to it right now and it is very impressive. I think she is going to have a great career and the voice has time to develop. Certainly worth sampling.

I know her from her first solo CD, on Naive, with some very impressive arias by Rossini, sung with some gusto and in fine-quite limpid-voice. Her technic seems to be in good command and her range in good control and of quality of tone. However, I still believe she lacks the sparkle of the great or brilliant artist. She looks like another "accomplished" or "excellent" one.
I happen to have her in all the other recordings of complete works in which she participates:
- Vivaldi's L'Oracolo in Messenia, on Virgin. Very impressive again.
- Vivaldi's Ottone in Villa, on Naive. Another very convincing performance showcasing her amazing technic in coloratura arias, with difficult ornamentation.
- Haendel's Alessandro, on Decca. Still, she manages to shine not in a central role, but with some good arias-vehicle for her style and voice.
- Bach's mass in B minor, on Naive. Minor part as the second soprano, but still good enough.
I have not received her latest Decca recording you refer to, but I trust it is going to be at her usual very good (and high) standards.
