Hyperion

Hyperion was created by Ted Perry in 1980 and quickly established itself as one the UK's leading independents which combined inspired A&R with classy design and presentation. The label often undertakes large-scale projects like the complete Schubert Lieder, all of Liszt's piano music and Purcell's choral works. One of the label's milestones was 'Feather on the Breath of God', music by Hildegard of Bingen and performed by Gothic Voices.
