The latest Gramophone Podcast is now online, and includes:

- Gramophone editor-in-chief James Jolly talks to conductor Sir John Eliot Gardiner about the Monteverdi Choir, the leading choice in our recent Great Choirs feature - you can also hear an excerpt from Bach's Ein feste Burg ist unser Gott, taken from "Eternal Fire" on the Soli Deo Gloria label.

- James Jolly also talks to pianist Murray Perahia about his new recording of Brahms's Handel Variations on Sony Classical - from which you can also hear an excerpt - an Editor's Choice in the February edition of Gramophone.

- Martin Cullingford, editor of Gramophone Online, travelled to Versailles to see Christophe Rousset's revival of Lully's opera Bellérophon performed in the Palace's Opéra Royal. He interviews Rousset, talks to musicologist and Gramophone critic David Vickers about the role of Lully in the court of Louis XIV, and meets Benoit Dratwicki, artistic director of Versaille's Centre of Baroque Music.
