A free concert in support of the families and friends of the victims of last Monday’s terrorist attack in Manchester will be held on June 1 at 8.00pm at The Bridgewater Hall. The concert will feature members of the Hallé, Manchester Camerata and BBC Philharmonic orchestras (conducted by Sir Mark Elder and Stephen Bell) and singers Clare Teal, Alice Coote and Guy Garvey.
Tickets for the event are free but you must have a ticket in order to gain entry. Tickets are limited to four per household. All of the musicians are giving their time for free and those interested in the event are encouraged to donate to Manchester Evening News’s ‘WeStandTogetherManchester’ Justgiving page.
