Víkingur Ólafsson's new album for Deutsche Grammophon is an all-Bach recital, and we are pleased to premiere the video of the pianist playing the Prelude from Bach's Prelude & Fugue in C Minor (Well-Tempered Clavier, Book I, No. 2), BWV 847, below.

Ólafsson's previous album for DG featured piano works by Philip Glass and the recording was named an Editor's Choice in the April 2017 issue, with Gramophone's Pwyll ap Siôn describing Ólafsson as a 'breathtakingly brilliant pianist' (read the full review here).
