The Sixteen's new season brochure is published this week, with striking photographs commissioned by Josep Molina.

The ensemble - comprising both choir and period instrument orchestra conducted by founder Harry Christophers - also runs Genesis Sixteen, a leading training programme for young singers. The first Genesis Sixteen group to graduate performs a residency in Oxford’s Magdalen College beginning on August 2.

Following this, The Sixteen performs Purcell's King Arthur at the Edinburgh International Festival on August 27, and the 2012 Choral Pilgrimage continues throughout September and October.
