The Catalan soprano’s repertoire stretches from Mozart to Richard Strauss via bel canto to Verdi and Puccini. Her discography is extensive and includes numerous recital albums. Her recording of ‘Barcelona’ with Freddie Mercury – a song of fearless crossover – won her an international audience in 1988.
