Barnaby Smith conducts the ensemble in the first single from upcoming album 'To Sing of Love'

Eric Whitacre's Sleep, newly orchestrated by Jim Clements is the first single from To Sing of Love, the new album from The VOCES8 Foundation Choir and Orchestra conducted by Barnaby Smith. The album is centred around the themes of Beauty, Love and Nature, the glistening choral and orchestral soundscape includes world premiere arrangements of famed works by Vaughan Williams, Eric Whitacre, and Rebecca Dale alongside the world premiere of Taylor Scott Davis’ new concerto To Sing of Love: a Triptych, and Britten’s Rejoice in the Lamb orchestrated by Imogen Holst and is performed by The VOCES8 Foundation Choir and Orchestra, featuring virtuoso violinist Jack Liebeck and conducted by Barnaby Smith.

To Sing of Love will be released today (24th May) on VOCES8 Records.
