A new online learning platform has been launched with the objective of bringing music literacy to the world, via an easily accessible online platform, called Meludia. The platform usually follows a paid-for subscription model but this week, to celebrate Estonia's 'Year of Music 2015', Meludia is being made available to everyone resident in Estonia (around 1.3 million people) for free.
