Gramophone 2013 Choral winner Sir Mark Elder discusses Elgar's The Apostles

Sir Mark Elder was named the winner of the Choral category at this year's Gramophone Classical Music Awards for his recording of Elgar's The Apostles with the Hallé Chorus and Orchestra on the Hallé's own label.

We caught up with him at the Awards ceremony, held at London's LSO St Luke's on September 17 in association with Steinway & Sons and EFG International.
