A captivating 40-minute documentary that follows Barbara Hannigan as she prepares to sing and conduct Berg's Lulu Suite
Barbara Hannigan is due to release her first recording featuring herself both as soprano and conductor later this year. The album, called 'Crazy Girl Crazy', will include Berg's Lulu Suite, Gershwin's Girl Crazy and Berio's Sequenza III. The director Mathieu Amalric was given privileged access to the rehearsals of the Berg and has produced an engrossing 40-minute documentary, which you can enjoy below:
